There are many free sites available forto obtaining cell phone records .

But if you intend to use it a lot I would suggest getting a subscription as it is a one time payment and you can search as much as you want. If only using once, then just pay the one time look up fee. Just make sure that you use a reputable cell phone reverse directory .

They all seem to demand my own personal  information. AND Is thIS how they update their registries?
