Nutritional guidelines for child care agencies

I work at a Day Camp where breakfast and lunch are provided. I do not feel that the food is healthy nor are they following any guidelines. How do I find out what guidelines they should be following without losing my job by reporting them to Health and Human Services?

I  suggest contacting your local Human Services office to see if they can direct  you to a state/county office that deals with nutrition....

Strict within boundaries, I agree. You can't let your child get away with things that are not right. Like not listening. You can be strict but not abusive. Be strict in a loving and caring way.
