I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.

Hi Gloria, I just had my daughter meet with a nutritionist yesterday because her triglycerides were extremely high and the doc turned me on to a web site called "calorieking.com" I think you can type in all the ingredients you use and the site will give you nutrition info on them. If you get to it before I do let me know what you think. Otherwise I'll post it here.

Hi mantis thank you for your response, but i did have success with the  http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp  and they were very helpful and got me what i needed and it was free to join!!!

Have a great Thanksgiving and thanks again, Glo
