The screen should say Credit... Sale Account

Either swipe the card or manually enter the credit card number and press Enter

If you swipe the card the machine will change to Credit Sale Amount 0.00 enter the amount of the sale and press Enter. The term will process and either decline or approve a sale

If you manually entered the number and pressed enter. The screen will ask for the Expire Date. Enter the 4 digit expire date MM/YY and press Enter. The screen will now say Credit... Sale Amount 0.00 enter the amount of the sale and press Enter. The screen will ask present Press Menu if the card IS NOT present or Enter if the card is present.

If you pressed Menu at the Card Present option then you will be asked for the CVV2 which is the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. Enter the number and press Enter. The machine will now ask for the Street Address enter the billing street address... to enter in the street press the number associated with the letter followed by the Alpha/Copy button untill the screen shows the desired letter, use the 0 button for spaces (EX: 123 Main St = 1,2,3,0,Alpha,Alpha,Alpha,Aplha,6,Alpha,2,Alpha,4,Alpha,Alpha,Alpha,6,Alpha,Alpha,0,Alpha,Alpha,Alpha,Aplha,7,Alpha,Alpha,Alpha,8,Alpha) The machine will then ask for the Zip code enter the biling zip code and press Enter. The machine should process and either approve or decline the sale.

If you pressed Enter on the Card Present screen the machine will ask for the CVV2 which is the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. Enter the number and press Enter. The machine will then ask for the Zip code enter the biling zip code and press Enter. The machine should process and either approve or decline the sale.
