There is a girl named Sierra Decker who is actually 14 years old but meets men online and tricks them into thinking she is 22 and a surgical nurse at Staten Island hospital because she is a pathological liar and that's what she wants to be when she grows up. So whether there happens to be another Sierra Decker in that position is highly doubtful. What makes you ask this question?

Try Facebook or another social network to find her. Hospitals and their employees do not give out the names of other staff. If you have a complaint against this person, you might try the NY State Nurses Association to locate her. They may not tell you where she is NOW, but they will give you info on how to write out a formal complaint tot he state nursing board. If you have something nice to say about her, write to the director of nursing at the Staten Island Hospital. If Sierra is there, the director will get your note to her.
