Has Anyone noticed? Since Al Sharpton forced the New York City Police Dept to stop the "stop and frisk policy" that gun shootings went up in New York City and Al Sharpton seems to be somewhat content with that?

sounds like Al Sharpton wants to defend black hoodies who want to commit crimes again.

Not sure where you are getting you information, But according to FBI crime satistics. Gun violence in New York is at an all time low.
