How can i stop a bar from excessive noise it is in a residental area

Call the police.Thats the  most effective recourse you can take.

You could, if you please, try talking to the manager about the  problem and see if it helps. Sometimes we get this same problem with loud neighbours. In such cases also I first try talking to them and helping them understand they are disturbing others.If it works well and good.Otherwise the cops need  to be called.

Your question actually isn't very clear. Are you a resident with a noise complaint or are you a bar employee or owner looking for a solution so that you do not disturb your neighbors?

If the latter, you need to take some steps to soundproof the bar. Your best bet would be to use Green Glue damping compound along with some extra drywall to create a sound absorbing barrier. You could also hang some acoustical panels and heavy drapes to control sound as well.
