Nitrate free bacon WHERE?

I rarely eat bacon but when I do I like it to be THE BEST...   I use it in BLT's when the summer garden tomatoes come in. ( and I always thank the pig).  WHERE can one find nitrate free bacon...??? I have found nitrate free turkey dogs but its not always easy.    Faithrada@aol.com
