News lady

I saw a female comedian that played a news lady and in her videos nothing ever goes right in one of her videos she try's to tell women how to get in and out of a vehicle in a skirt without exposeing them self but the whole time you see up her skirt and the camera keeps it on her and this goes on the whole time it was funny. I just don't know who it was does anyone?
