Wisconsin does, for sure.  If you need a bit of it, we have lots to spare.

The driver sits on the left in the U.S. So coincidentally, the cars they sell here have the steering wheel on the left hand side too. It makes it much easier. If you want to drive from the right hand seat you could buy an old mail truck. I hear there will be plenty for sale very soon.
