I see this site give this advice about Adderall, but I'd guess the stimulant would be in the milk...

tell your doctor if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding. If you become pregnant while taking dextroamphetamine and amphetamine, call your doctor.

You should check with your doctor. Meanwhile, here is a site which can help you with this, and any other, breastfeeding question.

There is a community forum section where you can ask this question of other moms (or check the archives to see if it's already been discussed); I believe there is also a link to a book which lists drugs that are safe during breastfeeding as well as those to be avoided.

No...it isn't safe.

The effects of Adderall during pregnancy are unknown and therefore should be avoided. Amphetamines such as Adderall are passed into breast milk. Therefore, women who take Adderall should not breastfeed. Tell your doctor immediately if you are pregnant, plan on becoming pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
