Discuss chucho's answer to: Newbie, bots, Yedda

Thank you, Jada Lynne. I originally came to Yedda, to get an answer to a trivia question my daughter asked. At the time (and still), I was working on quite a bit of personal growth. Due to excessive hours, raising my children, and health issues; my time on the computer became more valuable. I found a group of friends on here, and it always felt "homey". There were quite a few lunatics, that needed attention; and took away from some serious questions. A lot of egos, and battles. They changed the format, and it felt less personal. As you said, the advertising got out of hand. A friend of mine sent me a request from Facebook; and I have several people on there, that I have known for as long as 40 years. My daughter is on there, my son is on there; I have been able to make amends to various people for the past. For me, I'm a more personal type; and it does me a world of good to be a part of people's lives, when I actually know they exist, and the situations are real - not some sadistic game. I still have so little free time, and for me, it works better for my sanity, to deal with people head-on. The group of people I met on here got me to a point, and then I needed to get out of my isolation, and move forward again. I will always love Yedda, for my friendships, and waking me up again.
