Where in New Orleans is this famous old building?

I have a print of a 1979 painting (by a man named Briant) of the famous horse-drawn Roman Candy wagon that's been in use in New Orleans for nearly 100 years. In the painting, the wagon is sitting in front of the funny old mission-style building that housed the Orleans Parish Oil Company. I can't remember where that building is/was in Uptown. The far end of St. Charles Avenue? Magazine Street?
