It is good to have this guidelines about salt. People should be aware on this and I hope they can also read this.
Although salt is the major source of sodium in our food, too much sodium in the diet can lead to health problems. It is one of the risk factors that contribute towards high blood pressure (hypertension), which substantially increases the risk of developing heart disease or stroke.
