Discuss Anonymous's answer to: My neighbor parks his vehicle in his driveway, blocking the sidewalk. Is he breaking the law or driving/parking code?

In most cities and towns I know of that is a violation. It prevents people in wheelchairs from using the public sidewalk, which is there for everyone not just your ignorant, selfish neighbor. Suppose some little kid is riding their tricycle on the sidewalk and has to go into the street to get around his vehicle and ends up getting hit by a car.
