Needs to Sell But still owes

how to sell a carI have a friend and he still owes on his car buthas two cars but must sell one of them. He says he cannot sell it if he still owes about 6 months on it. Is there any way a person like that could actually sell his car? Thanks

Tell your friend to have it sold then have the lien removed by the bank. He must pay the full amount owed or have a new customer take over the loan. If the two cars are on the same loan or same lien or chattel, the same rule applies.
