Need to know how to open the back of a g.e. dryer

need to know how to open the back of a g.e. dryer model hdsr46gg4ww to replaced a part.  the back looks confusing with some screws but also i see these little white plastic things.  not sure if i should remove the white plastic pieces in order to open the back. pls help if you are a g.e. repair person
