A psychiatrist would not be able to evaluate you on line. First it is a liablity issue. Secondly, it is licensing issue. A psychiatrist who is licensed in one state cannot treat you via internet if he does not carry a license in your state. This has been examined by the American Psychiatric Association and the American Psychological Association without a satisfactory conclusion.
