Dear Dina,

I'd like to help, but I  don't understand the question Did the number come up on your caller i.d.? If so, why not call the number and tell the party on the other end that you received the call and don"t recognize the number If the party knows you, they will identify themselves. If not,most likely they will apologize for calling a wrong number

Bill sorry but it dont work that way. If you dont know the number dont call back as this is a way to start harrassment or possable unwanted phone calls. As most peopld dont want this as it can be very dangerous on any ones part so never call a unknown number. This is also an open invatition for any thing.

Equal justice for All The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.
