After/need glasses

lasikplus.com..had aprox 700/700 before lasik...done 8/20/08...now 40/40 aprox..had mono "enhancement.10/20....now dom. eye aprox 30/30, so now need glasses to correct this ..is this common?  both eyes seem stable in vision, i want to get glasses so i can see clearly and sharp, i have not seen sharp since 8/20, hard to drive, etc. ok to get bifocals now??
