I need answers

Iam 12 in 6 days and i have severe scoliosis. I have been in a full body brace since july,29,2008, and iam trying to avoid surgery.Do you have any advice?UndecidedDoes, food, calciam, or ballet help. I need answers. Sometimes people tell me that swimming works but some says it doesnt. so i dont know. One of my family members had scoliosis and went through more than 5 diferent bars in her back, I dont want to go through that. so please give me answers... thank you from SierraSmile
