Not unless you he is someone who you love and have discussed marriage with. If that is the case,  I would refer to it as "making love".  If he is someone that you can only describe it as doing the "nasty" with, I would rethink this relationship. You are worthy of being cherished by someone. It is worth it to wait for that someone.
