Good of you to try to find a good home for this dog.  You can also try doing a google search for "Rescue Groups" for her breed in your area or state.  Wishing you the best in finding her a good home. They will help or even someone in these groups can find a foster home. Also if you know the dogs Vet you can ask them is they know of someone or call the local animal shelter to see if anyone is looking for pet like this dog.
