I need help with my 17teen yr old bad help help

i need help with my 17 teen yr old son. he has always pushed the schools and me. he has always made the grad but this yr stated failing school. when he was 3yr i started to see he was not like the kids his age but i was thinking he would do better when he get to school but it was ups and downs. he has a hard time making friends and keeping them. 1 day hes so happy its great then the nest he is so mean i think i my have to call the cops he is not on drugs he hate people that does them has not been drinking yet not sure what to do he is going in to the world soon and im not sure he can do it i need help
