In the neck there is the throat, arteries in the neck and the spine at the base of the skull. A .22 cal. is not big enough to make a wound large enough to be mortal in the neck unless it severed one of the main arteries, which would lead to death within minutes from lost of blood.

Chronic wound care

If you have a chronic wound I would suggest Active Manuka Honey from New Zealand. One of my clients had a non closing wound for over 8 months that was closed after using the honey in less than ten days.
