Keeping in mind that the concept of being "born again" is actually a fairly new ideal dating to the rise of Evangelicalism in the mid 19th century.
The answer is most likely none.

Also, simply quoting the Bible doesn't make one "born again", a christen, or even a person of faith.
Any more then quoting Moby Dick makes one a Whaler.

Foolproof you say? Challenge excepted.

They were all Christians. Most folks were those days.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

Most of them were Christians who believed in God and had reverence

for the Bible.  Obviously back then they didn't have access to all the

different interpretations and denominations that we have today.  Their

understanding of scriptures was a traditional one, and any departure

from the basic beliefs would have been heretical.

I'm sure that there were some that were born again (although they did not have that phase back then).  But most were just cultural Christians.  If you read some of the signers history or biography, you will see that.
