Looking for a lawyer to handle a lawsuit against a privet community for allowing the wrongfully removal of elected official,
Here a brief description on what had happen within this community,,
Our Community hold an election every 2 years were our officials are elected the total of 5 officials, 2 of the 5 officers had held secret meetings to figure out how to remove the other 3 officers to gain full control of the community banking accounts, funds, and voting rights,
The 2 plaintiff officers was able to gain full control through the courts system by filing fuse statements against the officers within a day, the 3 officers was denied to have a lawyers the judge stated no lawyer was needed because she was not going to make any ruling at that time, when in fact the judge did make the ruling and removed the officers from their posts, banking accounts, and voting rights,
The 3 officers “defendants” had to get a attorney to file an appeal for those decisions and to represent the right of the 3 officers, as the a real court date been drawing near the Plaintiff had drop their case, these 3 officers were ousted of their rightful elected position they were made to turn over all books, banking accounts, and it seem were prosecuted without a hearing or a trail,
Why and how could this had happen you have these 2 officers “Plaintiff” able to get away with removing the majority vote, file fuse charges against innocence us officers, smeared our name to a point they could not even hold an office for dog catcher and to run this community through bulling, intimation, threats, and physical and mental abuse, and for some reason we are an able to find an attorney to handle this kind of case of going after this community and those 2 officers I been calling “Plaintiff” Now the attorney we hired to represent us as defendant, did tell us we have a damn good case to go after this community, but I do applaud his honesty for saying He does not have the knowledge on how to bring this type of lawsuit case and the asking amount to the court house for the damages that was caused..
