I accidently didnt go into work one day at my dollar tree..i called my manager an asked what my schedule for the week was an she said u work wed. but was supposed to work today...will i get fired?..im only working there for 20 more days and my manager knows that. But still im worried.

You probably won't get fired for doing it once.  It would be sufficient grounds for firing someone that the manager didn't like.
