For a man, optimal testosterone levels should be as close to 800 as possible.

Free testosterone levels should be as close to 20 pg/ml as possible.

Go much lower than these numbers, and you will experience a decrease in your quality of life.

The reference range for normal testosterone levels in men with the medical testing company Labcorp, are between 241-827 ng/dl

500 should be the minimum for any male!

Closer to 800 would be even better.

I personally feel best when I'm up there around 800.
