No, sometimes natural fertility treatment is better than any other metod, but there are many other cases in which a natural fertility treatment is less effective (compaired to the other options).

But it has been considered as the best way to conceive, then shouldn't  everyone go for a natural treatment first?

1. Relax and De-stress before sexual activity

2. Take a warm bath before intercourse

3. Do Deep Breath Exercise

4. Do Yoga

5. Have healthy diet

6. Good life style

7. Decrease the alcohol, tobacco consumption

8. Communication between partners
