national residential home services is a finance/mortgage company(like a bank) that is used by Americorp 16000 dallas parkway, suite 400, dallas tx 75248.  This is also the address for Altair Global Relocation Services.  altairglobal(dot)com .

Basically when a large company moves its employee, the employee use Altair Global Relocation services.  Altair buys the house through their "bank" or puts the house under the mortgage companies name which is National Residential Home Services Inc.   The National Residential Home Services sells the home for the same price they bought it from the employee.  In FL centax homes (also dallas based company) closed up shop(bankrupt) and moved when they did, their top employees got the services of Altair.  Nice way for employees of centax homes to get out a home whos price was spirally downward. These same centax employees sold overpriced homes to their neighbors.  And when centax closed up shop, their employees had a guaranteed buyer, others sellers didn't and often went into foreclosure.  Nice setup ugh?
