Come on Guy & Gals!!! My fingers hurt! This Administration has more CONTRADICTIONS than Carter has Pills!!! I secretly think, (now don't tell this to ANYBODY) that to be in the Democratic Party one must first "Prove they are Bi-Polar" & OFF THEIR MEDICATION!!!   John

I can see where the deluded mind can read anything into something depending  upon their mindset. I think referring to disrupters as people voicing their opinions, is a far cry from people bringing swaztikas and nazi banners to a rally. I think Nancy made some very good points, however the demented mind will see and hear it the way they choose, regardless of the actual events that took place.

Nany Pelosi is a very stupid woman who probably jumped on the Obummer bandwagon because she figured it would server her purposes.

Since when is being hypocritical confined to one political party? I thought that was a prerequisite to becoming a politician.

Who Paid for Pelosi’s Party?

As we reported earlier this week, Nancy Pelosi planned to hold a special reception on Capitol Hill this afternoon to celebrate the “accomplishments” of the 111th Congress.  So who footed the bill for the event?  According to Politico, the outgoing House Speaker‘s office isn’t saying:

The event, according to an invitation obtained by POLITICO, was in the Cannon Caucus Room Wednesday afternoon. It was closed press, and invited guests were “advocacy groups.”

When asked who paid for it, Nadeam Elshami, a spokesman for the California Democrat, declined to reveal who was footing the bill.

“No taxpayer funds or lobbyist money paid for the meeting,” Elshami said in an email to POLITICO.

When pressed further, Elshami said “No taxpayer or lobbyist. What more do you want?”

We have come to a time in our government that at least 75% of our elected officials are NOT trustworthy! What a shame! Until the people of this Country are REALLY awake, we will continue electing the untrustworthy people! Case in point, Deleware, Christine O?Donnell was not the person the Establishment GOP?s wanted. They wanted the RINO Mike Castle. If Karl Rove would have gone to O?Donnell and said, what can I do to help? and others in the GOP would have done the same, she would have won. Now, the Dem. who is not for a Constitutional Government has won, WE lost.
This same thing is going on in Alaska! The Law says Lisa?s name must be spelled correctly! Some Judge somewhere in Alaska said as long as the intent was there. Now, Lisa has changed the law for herself and if it was the other way around, She would fight tooth and nail to be sure the name MUST be spelled correct! This is shameful and she too is a RINO and should be OUT!!!

Ouch: Dem Rep. Gene Taylor Says He Agrees With Newt Gingrich, Pelosi Should “Walk Away”…

Another swift kick to Pelosi’s fragile ego…

Mississippi Rep. Gene Taylor (D) urged Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Calif.) to follow the example of Newt Gingrich and “walk away” from her leadership role.

“As much as I dislike [former House Speaker] Gingrich, and I do, when that guy realized that he was a drag on his party, he walked away,” Taylor said.

“[Former House Majority Leader Tom] DeLay, when he realized he was a drag on his party, he walked away. [Former House Majority Leader Dick] Armey, he realized he was a drag on his party, he walked away. Somehow the Democratic leadership doesn’t get that memo. And they need to get that memo.”

The 11-term Democrat said there is a “cultural difference” between the Democratic and Republican House leadership. It’s common in the GOP to leave a position of power for the overall good of the party, said Taylor. “That’s what leadership is about.”

Pelosi’s continued leadership role won’t help Democrats reclaim the majority in 2012, Taylor said. “I think she definitely hurts.”
