There's a very interesting program on the National Geographic Channel website all about this very topic. The name of the video is "Fatal Insomnia" and it's a full length free program (43 minutes). I'll leave you the link to their video home page, and from there you can find it by simply typing the title in their video search box. They don't have direct links to any of the full length videos they offer, however, this is the next best thing. I hope you enjoy the program; I found it quite interesting. There's also a bunch of other very cool programs to watch.
