Myaol Personalization Problems

When I am signed in and go to myaol.com I cannot add anything.  When I click on ADD STUFF or ADD PAGE I always get an error message "error: cannot fetch tray".  This happens regardless of whether the browser is Firefox, IE, ore even an old Netscape.  If I go to myaol.com without signing in and then try to personalize from the personalization heading, I get an error message "Sorry, the zip code could not be set. Please try again later."  This has been ongoing for days.
