He does photograph for JET Magazine and was married in 1995.  He is still alive

NO!  Lamonte has not passed on.  That was Ron Townson who passed.  Lamonte retired from the 5th three years ago and lives with his wife Mieko McLemore in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Lamont lives in Las Vegas with his wife.  He decided to retire from the Fifth Dimension approx a year ago....tiring of being on the road.  he still does professional photography...his first love.
