Is it true that if I take a protein supplement and do not work out enough it will only make me that much fatter? So if I take a protein shake 3 times a week I have to work out on those days plus some?
No, absolutely not. Protein supplements are food. If you ask me, you're better off eating clean protein supplements than eating some fatty meats. You might even end up with some muscle or lost weight.
