Mugshots.com legality to post someone's mugshots.

Is it legal for Mugshots.com to post your mugshot online before you go to court for the crime and to charge a fee to remove it?

Whether it's strictly legal or not, it's pretty underhanded.  If you have the time to organize it, I'm fairly sure you could get some of the people who have been victimized by this outfit to start a class action lawsuit.  Some, not all, lawyers will do this on a contingency fee basis.  Check with a law firm or two in your area.  Good luck!

Yeah, they have the right to publish it! But, no matter you can remove it from here. It is a site which will remove anyone mugshot from, any mugshot related sites..You can use http://removemugshots.com and they had the mugshot down within 24 hours!
