Greenhills is nice.  Lots of new developments near downtown.  There are areas nicer than others but the real question is where you want to be.  First consider where you will be working, how much you want to spend and if you are considering, a house, apartment or condo.  Nice place to live either way.  The weather is comparable to LA but we do get some colder weather Nov. thru March.  Still not as bad as northern states.    Come and visit.  You'll know better then.
