The word vintage by itself doesn't mean much.  If you say vintage 1950 or vintage 1980 then at least people have an idea how old the watch is.

My suggestion is that you go to the jewelry and watch forum on eBay and ask your question there.   Go to eBay - community - discussion forums - jewelry and watches.
