There was a man on Ebay that drilled and sold motorcycle brake rotors for old kawasaki's and I lost his email adress . I also believe he was out of georgia or alabama.If anyone could help thanks

Sorry that I'm not much help on getting the email, there are a lot of different guys out there that offer services like these.

I just wanted to give you a heads up though.  If the rotor isn't designed to be cross drilled and if the person doing it isn't an engineer that fully understands it from an engineering aspect (pressure points and such) be careful.  Cross drilling rotors helps keep them cool under heavy braking, but it also reduces their structural integrity... meaning they can actually break apart and cause damage and accidents.

Regardless that you have a Kawasaki (rather than a respectable Harley) you should be very, very cautious about, "low priced remanufactured parts."  That goes double for brakes and suspension! 

If you know a reputable machinist who can duplicate parts from suitable materials, then by all means consult him.  But if I were you, I'd spend the extra money to buy new genuine parts -- or preferably a new Harley.
