I am searching for a mortgage(s) that will enable me to borrow $520000. on a home priced at $590000 in Queens, NY.  excellent credit but would like what's called an 80/10.  can you suggest where I might be able to obtain this type of mortgage.  I understand this will eliminate the need for pmi.  thank you.

It would have to be an 80/20 or 20% down to eliminate the PMI.  I would contact a well-known Realtor in your area and ask him to refer you to a few of his top lenders.  http://wwwAllCommissionsNegotiable.com
