What websites are good for doing paid surveys from home? I'm concerned about scam websites so would very much like to avoid them!

First and foremost Let me explain a little about free online paid surveys.

Yes there are a ton of them out there and Yes you can and will get paid. However the big myth is you will get tons of money in a very short time.

The average Online paid survey give you 1-3$ for a survey that takes between 5-30 minutes to complete. The longer you stay with a company the better online survey they will send you.

I have been doing online surveys for over 2 years now and while it is good extra spending money it does take time.

Treat it just like a job work at it give good honest feedback and dont stop doing them just because you do not qualify for each and every 1.

There are a few good sites (about 60) and a lot of bad ones, I have been taking surveys for the last 3 years and make money everyday from them. Its true that you can make $75 or even $200 but these are special such as if you have used a special medicine or a study on owners of Rolex watches. 

Also alot of sites include focus groups which always pay substantaly more but you need to be in the area of study and go into a study room (with one way glass). 

However I take alot of surveys everyday. I make between 400-750 a month depending on how many I complete. I usually spend about 2 hours a day 4 days a week on surveys.

Whatever you do don't pay to join any survey site - you shouldn't have to. If they ask for money its a scam. Also beware of entering into prize draws a lot of these just want your email address and then you get loads of spam.

If you live at US, UK, CA or AU area, definely you can earn much via survey panel. People outside this area have lesser chances for a survey opportunity. However, a small sum is better than none. I ran across this paid surveys site.  I find that it is pretty accurate with its reviews and it also has pictures of checks they've receive so it helps prove they do get paid.
