Discuss Sraboni's answer to: What should be the best company’s leadership style?

There are four leadership styles in business:  Authoritarian, bureaucratic, democratic, and laissez-fair.  It's really hard to say which style is the best because leadership is situational.  The most appropriate leadership style arises out of the situation, incorporating the characteristics of the followers and the task or challenge at hand.  I prefer the democratic leadership style more than the other three, but whatever leadership style is used, it should be purpose driven and effective.
