How can get a 30K money for very very low interest rate. I am not interested in balance transfers. I do not have such a limit. Places I can go to get such an amount, my credit score is 740

You can try to shop around town at large banks they have the capital, and the manpower to handle all the work it takes to close a small mortgage loan.
