Discuss sandra vejara's answer to: Didn't Pierre Gama get locked out of his restaurant for non payment(Village Gourmet-Stoneoak) and now is closed down?

Let's straight things up. The seller of this restaurant sold the business but lie him because it was declared in writing that the assets of this restaurant were worth more $150K but the truth is that the assets were barley worth $50K. Eventhough he offer a deal to the seller to resolve this problem, they try to take advantage and threaten him regarding his immigration status and sue him, thats why he is involved in the lawsuit, not because of him, because of the seller trying to abuse of him. Thats bad really bad.

He is an honorable person and he was abused because he is mexican and in a discriminatory manner because he doesnt know how to speak english very well and how the things work in USA. Therefore many people see that as a window of opportunity to take advantage of people like him. He is investing new money to USA and this should be a reason to help him and not to hurt him. This way we can atract more investors like him to USA. But if people try to take advantage of them we will lose this investments.

Well, it is obvious that you are not Sandra Vejara because she clarifies that in her post. Whoever you are, maybe you are the Pierre writing these nice things, you are not right when you say "he is an honorable person". He is a crook, a scammer and fled Mexico because he got threats from his angry creditors. He is not a business man or investor. He started his "businessess" using money from his father in law (a hard working humble man). He even scammed his brother in law. A very good thing being in the States is that there is enforcement of the law and not the corruption that favored him in Mexico to commit his frauds. Pierre Gama is a thief, a crook, a scammer, a liar and I'm looking forward to see him defeated by the law and in jail or deported to Mexico.
