There is nothing more frightful than ignorance in action.

The EB5 VISAS require that investment, but there are other investor VISAS that do not require a certain amount of investment. Be careful with this topic cause it could be misunderstood with discrimination. If you have a question there is a legal department USCIS who can handle these issues they are the entity who has the right information about a foreign living in USA and how to proceed.
