Type your question here...We need to look at public saftey, the police ock people up on some bad charges only to be released on PR set bail on these people and charge the bail Co. a fee to post the bail. The systum need's some repair, we pay to lock them up and we now pay to put them back out ,and when they don't come to court we pay to lock them up again, we need to look hard at the waist  in Gov.and what the priv. sector can do better, with ot all the benny's and retirment's
