Being a heart patient and having your knees replaced really has nothing to do with your ability to get and keep a job according to your own statement.  You'll have to move to another place whether its with family or the curb.  Other unfortunate people have faced the same fate as yourself and if they're lucky, they have family who can help them; if you don't have children at home and you are not legally disabled, then you do not qualify for any assistance anywhere.
