Video (including Youtube) will stop and start if your Internet connection is not fast enough.  Dialup is not fast enough.  DSL at slowest speed is not fast enough for high definition video.  For 720p you need 3 Mbps.  You may be able to change from 720p high definition to a lower resolution like 480p to work with 1.5 Mbps speed, or 360p for 768 kbps.  Click on 720p to change it.
