Mold spores in vantillation system?

After moving furniture that had been in place for 6 years, mold was found and eventually treated inside my apartment on the outside walls of my bedroom and a hallway wall. Is it possible that mold spores got into the ventillation system ? I have had two long bouts of weeks in duration of dizziness and flu like symptoms which the doctors have diagnosed as a virus that will eventually go away. I suspect the mold. Do you think the ventillation system should somehow be checked for mold?

Bleach only kills mold. It does not remove it. You need to physically remove the mold or it can still off gas and be harmful. We do mold removal, mold remediation, water damage, and water damage restoration in New Port Richey, FL.
